TEREMANA THE ROCK’S SMALL BATCH BLANCO TEQUILA 40% 750ML

Teremana Blanco Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-picked and trimmed by local farmers in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

The agaves are then roasted in a brick oven for three days to convert the components into fermentable sugar before the cores of the plant are shredded to extract the sugary-sweet liquid.

The liquid is fermented in open tanks following the extraction, a process which gives it a lot of its flavour, before finally being distilled in handmade copper pot stills.

Whereas aejo tequilas are aged for over a year, and reposado tequilas are aged from 2 months up to a year, blanco tequilas such as Teremana Blanco are not aged at all.
