Rich and robust, with notes of roasted grain, stone fruit, toasted pecan, milk chocolate, and a bold, dry finish.
The highest rated American single malt whiskey, its Westward whiskey of the northwest (Portland, to be specific). Since 2012 they’ve brought us single malts inspired by nature and the thriving local brewing culture. All their whiskies are made from 100% Northwest two-row pale malted barley and ale yeast. Every single wash has been brewed in-house since 2015 and fermentation takes place over a long time at a low temperature. Spicy, bright, fruity whiskey.
