Description
Before tequila was a drink, it was the heart of a volcano.
Volcan De Mi Tierra selects the best blue agaves from the Highlands to blend together to create Tequila Reposado.
Fermentation takes place over nine hours in an autoclave.
Fermentation with rum yeast then takes place in a stainless steel tank before distillation in a copper still.
135 days this tequila spends in American and European oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
- Color: Bright gold.
- Nose: Fruity, notes of black currants, juicy apples, pineapple, nuts.
- Taste: Mild, notes of ripe peaches, tobacco, pineapple, citrus.
- Finish: Long lasting, full-bodied, soft.
