Description
Overview: Vacqueyras was an original cru of southern Ctes du Rhne wines and gained it’s own AOP in 1990. in Its terroir is located at the foot and on the sides of the Dentelles de Montmirail massif, and extends over the municipalities of Vacqueyras and the Hautes Garrigues de Sarrians over an area of 1300 hectares.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of cassis, black cherries, thyme. Full-bodied, classic Rhone style.
Pairing: Steak with peppercorn sauce
