The 2020 release of The Irishman’s 12 Year Old Irish whiskey is here! Aged in first-fill bourbon barrels, this is a real treat outstanding as ever! Sticking to the tradition of this annual expression, only 6,000 bottles are released, from a handful of only the best, carefully selected barrels.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE:
Chocolate chip cookies, banana fritters and Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with wafts of gentle malt, cinnamon spice, oak vanilla and drying hay.
TASTE:
Subtly earthy, grassy notes combine with vanilla custard, milk chocolate and spicy, peppery oak.
FINISH:
Fantastic balance of caramel pudding sweetness and earthen, toasted oak spice.
