Description
The Guyana 2005 from Diamond Distillery was distilled inthe double wooden pot still from the original Port Mourant Estate, which was founded in1732.
When the estate closed, the still was first moved toUitvugt Distillery and then finally toDiamond where itnow produces medium toheavy Demerara-style rum.
Colour: gold.
Nose: complex, tropical fruit, notes ofeucalyptus, green pepper.
Taste: Well balanced, ginger, guava, bananas, hints ofcitrus fruits, oak.
Finish: Long lasting, fruity.
