MERLET BROTHERS BLEND – VSOP COGNAC 40% 700ML
The Merlet VSOP Brothers Blend Cognac combines eaux-de-vie of various ages, going from a minimum of four years up to some that are very well aged. This blend makes for a unique style, with the youngest bringing a fresh vibrancy and the older ones balancing this with complexity and maturity. Most of the components have been sourced from the Fins Bois terroir, with the addition of one from the Grande Champagne.
Tasting Notes:
Eye: Sunset gold.
Nose: Elegant and energetic, with notes of candied apricot, quince, white flowers, cinnamon and vanilla.
Palate: Delicate notes of white fruits (peach and apricot) and a subtle woodiness. Its a supple and well-balanced Cognac, with a long and pleasant finish.
