Limavady Single Barrel, Single Malt Irish Whiskey is produced by one of the world’s most decorated Master Distillers, Darryl McNally.
Descending from Limavadys original 18th century distillers, some say whiskey runs in his veins. Destined for greatness, but with a desire to master his passion from the ground up, Darryl found his first distillery job sweeping the floors
Today he is recognized as Irelands greatest Master Distiller.
Each barrel of Limavady is aged in ex Bourbon Casks, before being hand selected to be finished in PX Sherry Casks.
Golden amber in colour, with aromas and flavours of peach, starfruit, spiced
caramel, butter cookies and hints of grapefruit with a vibrant and very long and elegant finish conveying toasted sourdough and baked apples.
