KASAMA SMALL BATCH 7 YEAR OLD RUM 40% 700ML
Kasama’s sugar is sourced from the central regions of the island of Luzon in northern Philippines. It is produced from noble sugarcane, considered to be the highest development of the sugarcane species.
Also known for its thick stalks which are soft and juicy inside, with exceptionally high sugar content (this is particularly true of Philippine sugarcane). Kasama is column-distilled and aged for 7 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels, sourced from the Wild Turkey distillery in Kentucky.
On the nose Kasama is rich with notes of charred pineapple, passionfruit and vanilla. On the pallet Kasama is rich and complex, perfect for sipping or in any tiki cocktail.
