This small batch expression is crafted using an intricate hand blending method I created. Tasting every single barrel isn’t possible in a mass produced brand, my commitment is to keep Small Batch Forbidden at 50 barrels or less, this is in my estimation a true small batch product. Proofed precisely to 95.2 to provide a smooth approachable profile for seasoned bourbon consumers and newbies alike.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Sweet floral, spice and oak, dried tobacco leaf, citrus
- Taste: Warm spice, sorghum, oak sugar, dried fruit and baked bread
- Finish: Creamy, butter, sweet lingering warmth
