Description
Tasting Notes:The nose is a toasty creme brle dream. Freshly charred oak, big vanilla and rich custard creaminess, raspberry.
The palate is heavy toasted influence but huge cakey sweetness. You may think that sounds sickly sweet but I assure you, it isnt. Beautiful balance, big brown sugar and vanilla bomb with toasted maple lingering. Im sure there are some fruit notes I could pull out, but why would you when it is just so indulgent and creamy?
The finish is long and trailing, decadent and desserty in the best way possible balanced with perfect savoriness. This just might be my favorite toasted product.
