Description
The classic Pennsylvania style rye made famous in the fertile Susquehanna River valley. Aged in high spice oak, we use a blend of old world style distilling and modern science to revive a style that was brought to its knees during prohibition.
Tasting Notes: The nose is heavy with clove, pepper, allspice and citrus peel. Cinnamon, honey and black pepper touch the tongue first while flavors of molasses, and clove round it out.
