EXTRA SLOW FERMENTATION: Our unique flavor is the result of a painstakingly slow process.
SLOW COOKING: Our agave pias are roasted in a process that includes traditional brick ovens.
COLOR: Rich Caramel
AROMA: Soft caramel and vanilla notes.
FLAVOR: Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue Weber agaves layered with hints of spice and barrel oak.
WATER: Purified Water
The tequila matures for 14 months in oak barrels.
