Matured for over 10 years in our cellars, firstly in bourbon casks then Oloroso sherry casks, this expression of Armorik reveals an innovative progression of the fruity character typical of our distillate: a balance between power and roundness enhanced by an explosion of exotic fruit with a hint of pepper.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Powerful, with a fine balance between fruitiness and pastry. The notes of exotic fruit and almond croissant are enhanced by a hint of vanilla caramel.
PALATE: Lively citrus on approach. Then the roundness emerges with an explosion of fruit and maple syrup
FINISH: Very long and fruity, with a hint of pepper
