Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2020 from Jamaica is based on molasses and was distilled in a traditional pot still. The rum is high in esters and received full PX sherry cask maturation.

Single Barrel Selection Jamaica 2020 is a Jamaican rum based on molasses and distilled in a pot still. The marque of this rum is NYE-WK, which with an ester content of 1500-1600 gr/hc LAA also represents the highest ester level of this distillery. The rum matured in a PX sherry cask and was bottled at a cask strength of 58.3% vol.
SBS Jamaica 2020 is limited to 182 bottles.
Tasting Notes
Scent : The alcoholic scent dissipates quickly, giving way to fruity and spicy aromas and woody notes from the sherry cask.
Palate : Typically sweet and fruity notes of ripe tropical fruit, cinnamon and wood. Surprisingly mild for its young age and high alcohol content.
