Tasting Notes: Clean and pure, the blackstrap bitterness often associated with many rums is totally absent. The mid-palate juncture, the black pepper/spice returns along with a bittersweet flavor thats almost nutty or nougat-like; the aftertaste is long, medium-weighted and bittersweet.
