Description
The Cane Island Trinidad 8 Years Old Single Estate Rum is produced at the Angostura Distillers distillery.
This rum is distilled by column still method and matures for 8 years in white oak barrels. The finish it then receives for 9 months in ex-Sherry Oloroso Casks.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Dark amber.
Nose: Fruity, slightly woody, sweet.
Taste: A warm with pleasant notes of ripe banana and oak. An enjoyable balance between spicy wood flavors and delicate sweetness.
Finish: Followed by a very gentle long lasting finish.
