RON CRISTBAL NIA
Cristbal Nia is a premium rum blend from the Dominican Republic tropically aged for 8 to 12 years in ex-Bourbon cask. Nia was originally names Santa Clara but was nicknamed Nia.
The ship followed Columbus on several of his adventures towards America. Due to the mutiny in the colony and the lack of funds, Columbus had to sell the ship. The ships destiny is unknown.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Incredibly complex and balanced. The bouquet is sprinkled with unripe strawberries and flowery notes, rounded off by hints of fresh oak and crme brule with a caramelized sugar top.
Palate: Lush flavors of mint chocolate and marshmallows. The finish is gentle and soft with notes of vanilla leaving a silky mouthfeel.
