Ron Cristbal Santa Maria is a premium rum series of limited editions. This Santa Maria edition received a second maturation in an ex-Islay whisky cask. This Ron Cristbal Santa Maria Limited Edition has been distilled in 2007 and was bottled in August 2022 with an outturn of 1.509 bottles.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Clear smokey nose with notes of leather, bonfire and wood. Pleasant fruity notes of candied papaya and orange marmalade.
Palate: Sweet notes of honey and marshmallows with a citrus touch. The peat influence from the barrel reminds of smoky bacon.
