Esclavo isthe Spanish word for slave and eponymous for this rum series, which ismeant topay homage toall the people who paid ahigh price inthe dark chapter ofrum production.
This rum isaged inAmerican and French oak barrels.
The second maturation takes place for another 12 months inex-Sauternes wine barrels.

Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Slightly acidic, apricots, brown sugar, milk chocolate, maple syrup.
Taste: Complex, deep, sweet, notes ofcoffee, dark chocolate, hints offresh vanilla.
