Created in the 1950s, Vesper X.O. shows its quiet, almost reverent power even more clearly than the Pale & Dry bottling. The Latin word “Vesper” means both “evening” and “evening star,” the name chosen with the still profound power of early evening or “vesper” days of prayer in mind.
A blend of special cuves from the Grande Champagne area with the average age of 35 years.
